Your new role

As one of our Application Support Analysts you will be responsible for:-

- 2nd line incident management
- Participation in service reviews and post incident reviews
- Batch scheduling changes
- Issue triage, investigation and coordination to closure
- Input into service improvements

What you'll need to succeed

Successful Application Support Analysts will possess a combination of the following skills:-

- Ability to read COBOL code
- Previous experience in incident and problem management
- Familiar with ITIL practices
- Knowledge of DB2, CICS and/or SQL
