Our IT team are looking for two Application Support Engineers to join them, based out of our Bristol office.
We are looking for people with the right aptitude to become very talented Engineers, with an excellent ability to learn new systems and technologies, to join our Enterprise systems team. The main applications developed and managed by the team include:
- CRM systems
- Marketing systems
- Subscriptions management, including paywall functions
- Business intelligence solutions
- Finance/ERP systems
The ideal candidate, may not have all the necessary skills and experience yet, but can grow quickly into the role, assisted by a supportive and collaborative environment with excellent opportunities for training.
You will bring a genuine enthusiasm for technology and the ability to thrive in an environment characterised by continual learning, cross-functional collaboration and flexibility. You will be a strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with your team and business stakeholders.
- Have some practical experience of configuring, customising and supporting large IT systems
- Be comfortable in agile environments with strong team working, communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a genuine interest in learning about new technologies and recognising where new technologies can bring business benefit.
Technologies you will be working with include:
- SQL (Oracle and SQL Server)
- Cloud based technologies mainly Amazon Web Services
- REST APIs
