Application Support Consultant

We're looking for a migration consultant to join our deployment and migration services function. In this team we deliver innovative data migration solutions and deploy new products and services to the primary and community healthcare settings.

About the role

Our migration consultants work closely with our customers to ensure that they have a smooth transition from their legacy system to EMIS web system. You`ll monitor the quality of the migration, making sure that the data migration has been successful, and continuing to provide a service throughout the whole process until the system goes live. Customer service skills are key for this role, as you`ll communicate with both our internal analysts and external customers. A basic understanding of programming languages such as SQL is also very beneficial.

Managed by the migration team leader Deborah and working closely with our migration analysts you`ll be part of a team that has a lot of joined up thinking whilst sharing knowledge, ensuring a great service.
