Their Application Consultants play a key role in contributing to the growth of business within their regions, whilst providing essential post-sales product support, training and customer set-up for their applications. They act as the face of our client to resolve any queries or required developments for their market leading software, working with internal and external customers.
You have demonstrable experience of delivering customer focused on-site technical training, gained from your time within the Plant or Marine sector. You know how to deliver excellent technical customer support, using your knowledge of engineering, design, or construction alongside your degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant engineering discipline.
You have strong IT skills, which includes working knowledge of most (if not all) of the following - MS Windows, Servers / networks / domains, VM’s, Cloud and SaaS. Your knowledge of their products or similar technologies enables you to talk credibly with customers and your exposure to PML or C# is a distinct advantage.
Whilst this role is based in their Chesterfield office, it will involve frequent short duration (generally 5 days or less) visits to client sites within the UK and sometimes worldwide.
