My client are an exciting Software House based in Brighton. They are currently in the market for an experienced, client focused Software Support consultant to provide grade A support to their customers / users
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Being the front line for help & support queries from clients received by phone, email or web mediums. You will be expected to keep in line with departmental customer service KPIs & SLAs whilst Identifying client needs and communicating these to the development team.
The ideal candidate will want to and enjoy keeping up to date with product enhancements and market sector legislation changes and be happy to assist with the testing of new/updated versions.
You will possess and excellent telephone manner, potentially come from a customer service / call centre background and ideally have good general IT knowledge.
Full training on the client’s applications will be provided.
Any knowledge of Payroll would be a huge bonus!
