Application Support Analysts (Workday HCM/ HRMS / HRIS) x 2 - £ 35000-45000 dep on experience - London

Leading professional services company are actively recruiting for 2 experienced Application/ Systems Support Analysts to join a growing team in the support of a greenfield Workday HRIS / HRMS / HCM implementation

The successful Application/Systems Support Analysts will be responsible for

• Providing day to day 2nd and 3rd line support and administration of the Workday environment and other HR systems

  • Support and provide knowledge to 1st line support teams - provide continual upskilling of team to enable more 1st call resolution and accurate triage of issues
  • Maintain system configuration across HCM as well as master data values, including Supervisory Organisation, Custom Organisations, Paygroups, Org structure in line with approved changes
  • Maintain master data values in Workday including Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations in line with approved changes
  • Test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday (following review and change process)

Requirements for the position of Application Support Analysts (Workday HCM/ HRMS / HRIS)

• Demonstrable understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management and HR business processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients
• Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and projects
• Previous experience of working in similar support and administration role with Workday or similar
• Have completed Workday HCM Fundamentals Training
• Exposure to Workday report writing and data structures
• Exposure to Workday data management processes such as EIB uploads
• Experience of using ServiceNow or similar service management software
