Application Support Analyst
Caught you analysing our ad, which tells me you're intrigued! Well… we're looking for you - if you're an amazing IT Analyst who can support with our IT applications and fit comfortably in our merry team.
OK, so you're still with me?
Clearly you will need to know more about IT than the average Joe, so, you must have a ridiculous understanding of ITIL process, particularly around incident and project management. You'll be fantastic with Windows OS, SQL and VB, be a maestro at data input and analysis, whilst managing applications and databases. Sounds great right?
In case you're wondering…
That's all well and good, but what do we actually do? We're an ever-growing FM company with heaps of different service lines delivered by awesome people. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 but you need to be a bit flexible to meet the needs of the business. Some ad hoc travel to other Servest sites across the UK may be required. If you have experience of working in facilities management that would be incredible, but is by no means essential.
Still with us?
Now you know more about us, we want to know more about you. Send your CV and we'll go from there.
