Application Support Analyst

About the Role

LV= have an opportunity for you to join their Service Delivery team in Croydon . You’ll be involved with performing initial triage on incidents referred from the Service Desk, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks, fixing defects, and small change work on LV=’s main Claims application.

You’ll liaise with end users, business teams, as well as other team members to get a full understanding of the reported incidents, suggesting possible workarounds, data fixes or code solutions.

You’ll be working on a shift rota, where you’ll be working 35 hours Monday to Friday, with the team covering from 8am to 6pm. Once experienced and embedded in the team there will be an opportunity to join the out of hours on-call support rota.

About You

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You must have a strong interest in IT, perhaps from completing your University degree or previous work experience.

You should be naturally inquisitive, with good communication skills. Any exposure to a service management environment would be advantageous.
