Application Support Analyst

A leading creative organisation is currently looking for a new Application Support Analyst to provide technical support to their office based in Central London on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be experienced in working in a fantastic environment and will receive some fantastic benefits along with the opportunity to work for a renowned organization.

Experience in Dynamics CRM is essential for this role.

Key skills required:

  • Experience of performing a similar application support role
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting Dynamics CRM
  • Experience of application support of systems such as:
  • Dotmailer
  • Microsoft Navision
  • Library Management Systems
  • FileMaker Pro
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL service management processes.
  • Skilled in IT problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Salary- £28-30k
