Application Support Analyst - (SQL, Implementation) - Chorley
Application Support Analyst sought by a leading software house specialising in the development of systems and applications for the utilities sector. Based in Chorley, this position will provide the scope to progress within an exciting, forward-thinking environment, taking full ownership over the deployment and support of client products
You will be working to support, configure and deploy an entire suite of products including research, installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrading and providing front line support on an internal and external basis.

An understanding of Software Deployment, Customer Support and Oracle / SQL databases (could be academic) will be the main prerequisites for the role. Any experience of software support will also be useful.
This is a great chance for an experienced Application Support Analyst (OR) a junior / graduate interested in technical deployment, support and database work to further their skill set and knowledge
* Application support (research, installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrading and troubleshooting)
* SQL (backup and restore, SQL scripts, database management, database interrogation)
* Client facing experience - good communication skills!
