As an Application Support Analyst you will respond quickly and effectively to customer queries around the functionality of the company's product which is used by over 35 of the world's leading financial services institutions. After gaining a thorough understanding of the use and deployment of the software, you will apply your technical support skills and exceptional customer service approach to resolve support issues across a growing customer base. You will also be required to provide support on an on call rota every one in three weekends.
Based in Guildford, with shuttle buses available to and from the station, you will be joining a friendly and collaborative team where you can enjoy a number of company perks including casual dress code and bright open planned offices.
*Previous experience within an Application Support role
*Experience supporting business solutions for large, complex end-user organisations
*Good technical skills (SQL / C# environment ideally)
*Solid understanding of web technologies (ideally with .Net and / or SQL Server experience)
*Able to provide exceptional customer service
*Excellent communication skills
