My Client is a market leading Financial software company. As a long-standing city-based company, my client prides itself on being at the heart of the industry, delivering its software to a large number of top tier banks in the UK and major financial institutions in Europe and the US.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Application Support - Investigation and analysis of issues raised by our clients are a significant element of the role. The candidate must have the ability to logically assess a problem and deliver a suggested solution.
The must haves:
- Fantastic communication skills
- The ability to think on your feet and voice your opinion
- Analytically minded and be able to hit the ground running
