Worldwide, My client has been implemented in large healthcare systems in the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Newfoundland, covering populations of many millions. In the USA, Department of Defense for its Patient Safety Reporting project within the Military Health System. My client also sponsors the ground breaking Project Linnaeus, drawing on the expertise of leaders in the field of patient safety worldwide to develop and refine a comprehensive classification system for adverse events in healthcare.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leading the configuration of Datix system to meet customer requirements, under direction of Project ManagerProvide remote training to customers to ensure they are competent to use Datix softwareDeliver requirements gathering sessions for sections of a module as directed by Project ManagerWork with Project Manager to attend and provide support a kick off meetingsAssist in testing new versions of the software
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with excellent written and verbal English, strong analytical/trouble shooting, ability to deliver professional image, excellent oral and English communication skills, knowledge of software implementations, best practice and project management, translate technical information into a form, ability to prioritise workload, self motivated team player!
Desirable - Experience working in the UK Healthcare Market, preferably in patient safety or risk management
Experience in using the Datix applicationExperience implementing or training on systemsExperience in a Customer facing support role
