A wealth management platform company are looking to hire a Lead Production Support Engineer to join their team. You will have the opportunity to build out and manage their production support capabilities, reporting directly to the COO. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Provide senior level system support across their client platforms.
• Implement processes for handling / tracking production issues, both raised internally and by clients.
• Liaise with clients to resolve issues and provide ongoing reporting and monitoring of production issues.
• Create and monitor internal reports and track platform usage.
• Troubleshoot issues and queries via database scripts / API calls.

Therefore they are looking for the following experience/skillset;

• At least 5 years' hands on support experience within a financial institution
• A great oral and written communicator
• Understanding of retail investment platforms, how they operate and the process flows involved.
• Application support within a Unix / Linux environment
• SQL
• .NET - only brief working knowledge needed
• C#
• Azure knowledge experience would be great
