Job Title: Application Developer
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000
A large, well known and established organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Software Developer to work on a business improvement application project. The organisation is investing considerably in IT and their systems and their in house development team are pivotal in driving these changes forward.
You will be involved with full lifecycle design, development and ongoing maintenance of complex applications. You will develop, test and maintain program code for workflow applications. You also provide expert advice and support to applications as and when required.
Their products allow commercial vehicle fleet operators to manage and monitor their trailer fleet saving organisations highly important time and money. This will role will ultimately focus on the development of firmware of telematics products.
You will have experience of developing and working with Windows based Workflow applications. You'll have strong C# skills and have demonstrable SQL Server experience. You'll have a good understanding of UX design as well as System Architecture.
In conjunction with the other areas of the business, you'll liaise with stakeholders to determine functional requirements for Workflow Applications.
The Essential Requirements
- Experience in a Software/ Application Development role
- Experience of designing and developing Windows based Workflow applications
- C# Development experience
- SQL Server skills
- Understanding of UX Design and Systems Architecture
- Excellent central Birmingham location in state of the art offices
