As an Application Support Engineer / Support Analyst / Technical support engineer you will be responsible for the administration, support and enhancement of the application portfolio. You will be responsible for the implementation of new or existing business application. You will ensure that the upgrade and testing of third party applications is completed as requires and provide quick follow up and response to any issues that may arise regarding the businesses applications.
Essential skills / Knowledge
*At least 2 years' work experience in TSQL, SSIS and Stored procedures
*Experience in ITIL principles (Or a want to learn)
*Ability to work within a team
*Flexible and Adaptable approach
*Good organizational skills
*Takes responsibility and ownership for tasks within the remit
