CONTENT MANAGER APPS B2B (APP PORTFOLIO MANAGER)

OVERVIEW

The App Portfolio Manager has responsibility for driving developer engagement to support the sales segments and clients (acquirers and customers of acquirers). You will be required to drive the end-to-end developer engagement process, actively manage a developers and assisting with the app development process to ensure the app is set up for success.

As the AEVI Marketplace grows, the key focus will be to source new developers and create a vibrant eco-system for both developers and clients.

Establishes and maintains long-term strategic relationships, effectively establishes him/her as a trusted advisor

Knows assigned clients inside and out, and understands the customer's needs and practices. Is a strategic partner and trusted advisor, understanding the customer's priorities, personal objectives, and attitudes towards AEVI and competitor offering's

  • Commercial

Achieves results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.

  • Personality

Excellent communication, networking, interpersonal and influencing skills to communicate and command respect at all levels, internationally.


RESPONSIBILITIES

The App Portfolio Manager has responsibility for driving developer engagement to support the sales segments and clients (acquirers and customers of acquirers). They will be required to drive the end to end developer engagement process, provide technical support and, actively manage Panel developers, assisting developers with the app development process to ensure the app is set up for success.

As the AEVI Marketplace grows, the key focus will be to source new developers and create a vibrant eco-system for both developers and clients.

  • Manage and optimise the App Review Process, Developer Onboarding and Developer Engagement to balance the risk-reward acuity while driving strong client/stakeholder engagement
  • Drive engagement with the Sales and Business Development teams with Developers
  • Actively grow the developer channel for the Marketplace by identifying and engaging key potential developers
  • Assist in coordinating the app development process for strategic clients
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and training as required to stimulate and facilitate the awareness of the Marketplace value proposition across the developer community and internal sales segments
  • In partnership with the Marketplace Product Team and the Sales support teams provide insights for developers when developing for the Marketplace, to develop successful apps
  • Provide developer insights to the Marketplace Product Team specifically on the value proposition, commercial model and functionality of AEVI App store
  • Provide technical support to developers, acquirers and strategic merchants
  • Developer Analysis: Continuously monitor developer community to understand trends in the market and share insights
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and project deliverables as required, ensuring the tasks are completed on time, and to high quality standards
  • Be actively engaged with and participate in the team's activities with the objective of achieving quality outcomes
  • To complete ad hoc duties and tasks allocated through line management chain from time to time

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Pioneers - ability to transform businesses and willingness to think outside the box
  • Previous experience and success in B2B (e-)commerce and/or retail management
  • eCommerce, Retail/ Online Retail, Mobile Applications, Account Management
  • Previous experience with content development and having delivered digital solutions
  • The ability to present to a variety of audiences in different environments
  • Successful history of managing and growing revenues
  • Strong business, operations, and technical aptitude
  • Account management and project planning skills required
  • Experience in App portfolio management and App development is a plus
  • Having a network of Software solution providers in the Financial Services and the Retail industry is a plus
  • The ability to handle and prioritise multiple issues at the same time
  • Sound planning and time management skills
  • International experience

Please note the following:

This role will require significant travel primarily within Europe but broader international travel may be required on a less frequent basis.

The role can be based out of our offices in Berlin (HQ), London or Paris
