My client one of the top Freight Forwarder seeking an experienced AOG OPERATIONS/ CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK to join there new team!

Duties would include:

  • Dealing with AOG shipments
  • Dealing with imports and exports
  • Tracking shipments
  • Set up and organise special deliveries
  • Updating customers
  • Arranging collections
  • Post flights
  • Quotations

Skills needed:

  • Previous air freight experience
  • Experience handling time critical shipments
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • PC literate
  • Steady work history

Working hours:

  • 4 on 4 off 09:00-21:00
