JOB TITLE: Anti-Money Laundering Administrator

JOB SALARY: £17000 - £19000 depending on experience plus bonus and higher than average holiday entitlement

Through their knowledge and expertise, they supply a full range of services to clients in both the UK and across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Further to addition legislation in the property sector and my clients position as the "go to" experts, they now have a need to continue to expand their hard-working and professional yet friendly team.
Your new role
THIS IS ANOTHER NEW ROLE CREATED IN THIS EVER EXPANDING AND SUCCESSFUL TEAM!
Your job will be to undertake review and confirmation of documentation and data to ensure that the firm and it's clients are working within the law relating to the sale and purchase of property. It is essential that you work is properly documented and recorded on their database. You'll also work with senior managers and clients (many of whom are very high net worth individuals) so it's also really important that you know how to act in a professional manner in these circumstances. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour for lunch.
What you'll need to succeed
Our perfect applicant for this job will be someone who has worked in the property sector before and who has up to date knowledge of anti-money laundering legislation and requirements. Alternatively, if you have worked in a job that involves auditing or reviewing information for compliance within the law or statutory body guidelines then this job will definitely be of interest to you. Experience of working to compliance checking guidelines in some form is essential.
