As part of the pricing adjustments team, you will have responsibility for managing several types of pricing agreements - and the pricing adjustment process through its entire lifecycle - from creation of pricing data within the system, through to pricing error analysis, claim management, reporting and reconciliation.
Pricing is a critical part of the business, allowing our client to offer consistently best in class, relevant and accurate pricing data to customers - through price feeds, e-commerce or telephone sales transactions. Attention to detail, speed and accuracy are essential.
The pricing adjustments team is a key integration point within the business and as such, you will be required to liaise with and build good working relationships with a wide range of functions both across the business, (sales, commercial, purchasing, finance, data) and with external partners.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a performance focused team which drives business change and therefore requires a pro-active attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively on any future projects or system changes
They are looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, ideally with previous experience within a buying / pricing role, who is highly PC literate especially with Excel and used to dealing with complex data manipulation.
This is a temp to perm role, working Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
