Analytical Administration Assistant - Brackley to £20,000

Our client is looking for an Analytical Administration Assistant reporting to the Office Manager. The main function of the Analytical Administration Assistant is to product analytical reports.

Specific responsibilities:

Producing analytical reports for all areas of the business

Liaise with external laboratories

Extract information provided by external laboratories and collate into reports

Raise queries with external laboratories

Type up reports for clients within agreed SLAs

Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner

To record all calls and pass on messages

Any ad hoc duties given by the Office Manager

Candidates should have good office skills, including MS Word, Excel, with an excellent telephone manner and be used to speaking to customers on a regular basis
