Service Analyst

£12 - £13 per hour

Our international client based in Chessington requires a Service Analyst to join their team initially on a Temporary basis with the idea to go Permanent.

Your role within the organisation will be to provide Data Analysis on all active tickets/ SLA's as well as projects recorded by the first line support team.

This will include -

  • Liaising with internal and external staff
  • Managing and supporting ticket resolution when required as well as maintaining
  • Creating cost forecasts against projects budgets.

Ideally you will possess the following -

  • Proven experience within data analysis
  • Experience in manipulating and recording data
  • Experience in liaising with internal and external staff at all levels
  • Experience in supporting with projects
  • Ability to create and maintain Service reports
