An exciting vacancy has arisen for Analyst Supervisor within our Commercial Development Team based at our Enterprise International Sales  office, located in Brighton.

In this role you will be managing a small team of analysts who oversee the reporting for our International leisure clients to global destinations. You will get the chance to work with multiple levels of management at EIS as well as departments across not only EIS but our Global teams including, Sales, Finance and Revenue Management!

Responsibilities

The successful candidates main responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Facilitating profitable business for Enterprise International Inc. through accurate commercial analysis and administration within the terms of the sales and marketing strategy and the budget, following all applicable processes;  making the most efficient and effective use of resources
  • Ensuring that the company’s good reputation for customer service and quality is upheld and reinforced with the internal and external customer
  • Maintaining department controls, approvals and keeping all necessary records using the appropriate computer and manual systems
  • Creation of rates
  • Running contribution models
  • Preparation and validation of regular and bespoke management information with appropriate commentary
  • Validating calculations of contracted commissions according to the contracts
  • Reconciliation to plan & forecasting of costs and revenue
  • Offering guidance, support and training to others
  • Other duties


Qualifications

  • Previous management expereince
  • Intermediate/Advance user of Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and a team player with great work ethic.
  • Applies a logical approach to the analysis of facts and information
  • Sets a good example to others in the team going above and beyond
  • Displays a professional and ethical approach as well as maintaining confidentiality for information relating to the team and the business
  • Remains positive and focused when under pressure
  • Overcomes obstacles to ensure delivery
  • Accepts the need for continual change and remains objective
