Analyst - Project Management Office

Are you curious by nature and enjoy the challenge of digging deep into complex data sets to fully understand the bigger picture? This role is a new addition to the project management office and will have responsibility for be supporting both JRF and JRHT to develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the measurement framework for the organisation.

In addition to this you will monitor and track the progress of the project management office, creating and maintaining appropriate project controls and systems. This role ensures that the organisation is able to measure its strategic outcomes in a meaningful way through data driven analysis. In addition to general project management activities, the development of a measurement framework, scorecard reporting, clear processes and continuous improvement opportunities will support the successful delivery of the strategic plan.

About you:
We are looking for someone who has worked with qualitative as well as quantitative data and ideally has experience of scorecards but is not stymied or constricted by them. Innovative thinking and an inquisitive nature are more important.
Good knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, methods, tools and techniques including the proficient use of analytical tools are desirable along with the ability to communicate often complex information to a wide audience with differing levels of understanding and needs.
It goes without saying that your relationship building skills will be finely honed and extensive use of advanced excel techniques is a given.
