About the Role

As the successful Administrator you responsibilities will include:

  • Finding the best flights and prices for clients
  • Organising and implementing group holiday requests
  • Supporting the transport manager
  • Communicating all areas of travel arrangements to customers
  • Issuing / Reissuing tickets
  • Completing scheduled changes and informing customers of the

The ideal Candidate

  • Experience working in the travel industry
  • Experience working in ticketing
  • At least 6 months experience using Amadeus software
  • Professional telephone manner
  • A motivated and sales oriented person
