I am regularly recruiting for PA/Secretaries for my client, a leading public sector organisation based in Sheffield, in various locations.

Duties could include the following:
Taking minutes in meetings
Travel arrangement 
Typing up minutes and distributing
Updating various databases
Typing up documents and correspondences
Arranging meetings

To be successful in these roles you will:
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Be proactive and willing to pick up new tasks
Have experience of taking minutes in meetings
Have excellent IT skills, including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
Posses a high attention to detail

The hours of work are usually between 8.45 and 15.15 Monday to Friday.
