Your new role
Your new role as the Alumni Engagement Manager is to lead the engagement team and ultimately take control of the portfolio of fundraising activities. This covers areas from direct mail to telephone campaigners and events to name but a few. You will be working with the organisations key constituent groups raising philanthropic funds for the new corporate strategy. In the end you will be managing the organisations life long relationships raising funds and awareness.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to to succeed you will need to have a fundraising background and a proven experience of income generation as well as line management of fund raisers, telethon callers and variety of temporary staff. You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills being able to successfully interact with a all levels of individuals.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary between £39 and £47k depending on your experience as well as a competitive benefits package. You will be leading the organisations fund raising profile, having the ability to tailor the direction the team is going.
