Job Title: Allocator

Location: LHR - Allocation team

Reporting To: Operations Control Manager and Operations Manager

Salary: £ 9.97 per hour 3 month Temporary contract


The role is to assign work tasks to teams and individuals, using a software solution, to deliver the

daily operational plan. The object of the role is to monitor the delivery of the plan, in the moment,

and communicate to team managers and senior leaders, where the contingencies are deployed, such

that the operational delivery is put at risk.

Using company systems, standard operating processes and team based performance deliver

compliant service delivery through the effective allocation of resources and assets based on the

work demand and client needs. Monitor performance and compliance with the operating plan and

ensure that client and company service level agreements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

 To ensure that; all client Service Level Agreements are met and maintained to deliver

legendary service and outcomes, the standards of service meets the Company quality

standards and the requirement of the client. Taking appropriate corrective action where

standards and services are not being met.

 At all times comply with DFT, CAA and airport protocol along with the company and client

operating procedures.

 Ensure that all provisions of the Health & Safety at Work Act, "COSHH" regulations and any

other legislations and regulations governing the workplace are fully complied with.

 Report and record without any delay all accidents or injuries using company systems. Actively

promote the Health and Safety ethos including the reporting of near miss’s.

 Ensure that self and others sign on and off systems appropriately and correctly in accordance

with Company Policy and Procedures.

 Ensure that all equipment, including phones, tablets, keys, radios and vehicle are signed out,

safety checks etc. completed, and are fully accounted for at the end of each shift.

 Ensure that the image and reputation of the Company is maintained in the standards of work,

uniform, vehicles, buildings and all dealing with customers, other airlines, other service

companies and the public.

 Establish and maintain positive working relationships and lines of communication with clients,

airlines, airport staff, control authorities and other stakeholders such as grounds handlers,

caterers etc;

 Carry out any reasonable task requested. This description is an outline of the role and it is

expected that key task will vary with the demand of our client and operation base.
