Looking for a confident Customer Service Administrator in Oxford to start Immediately.

Your new company
You will be working for a market research company based near Central Oxford.

Your new role
Your role will involve a high level of Customer Service, you will be dealing with complex queries over the phone and by email. A large part of your role will be making outbound calls to customers to offer them available mystery shopping assessments. You will need to ensure that projects are completed to deadline and budget.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have a polite and helpful telephone manner. You will not be shy of picking up the phones. You will be pro active at all times, have an excellent attention to detail and able to think on your feet.
