As Check-in Staff you will be receiving airline passengers travelling through London Stansted Airport, checking and processing flight and travel documents, passenger baggage, boarding passengers onto aircraft whilst providing outstanding customer service at all times.
It is a very fast paced and challenging role that requires working to tight deadlines. You must be able to work flexible shifts, starting as early as 0200 hours to cover the 24/7 operation, including weekends and bank holidays; shifts depend on flight schedules and can be subject to change at short notice.
You will be computer literate and previous customer service experience is highly desirable, however not essential.
This is an ongoing, minimum 20 hours per week assignment; with a view to becoming permanent for the right individuals.
You will be required to have a full 5 year checkable employment/education history, no unspent criminal convictions and valid photo ID.
Ideally you will live within an hour commuting distance of London Stansted Airport and be able to commute to the airport without public transport hours and be computer literate.
