Penguin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading firm with 20+ years of expertise in air tightness, sound insulation, and airflow testing. We are seeking a motivated Level 1 Air Tightness Technician to join their team and contribute to regulatory compliance and enhanced energy efficiency.

As a Level 1 Air Tightness Technician, your duties will include:

• Conducting air tightness tests for varied building types.
• Ensuring compliance with Approved Documents E and F through sound insulation and airflow testing.
• Preparing precise reports and working closely with on-site teams.
• Maintaining top-condition testing equipment.

• Recognized Level 1 Air Tightness Technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong grasp of building regulations for air tightness, sound insulation, and ventilation.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to commute for projects.
