Air Tightness Engineer

Location: Birmingham - candidates in any region of the Midlands can be considered

Salary: ranges from £22,000 to £37,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Penguin Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading Building Compliance & Testing Consultancies in their search for either a Level 1 or Level 2 Air Tightness Engineer around the Birmingham region. You will join a successful team of multi-discipline engineers who work on projects from planning and design stages through to as-built certification stages.

Full training will be provided as required!

This role can be remote, and you will be provided with a company van.

Requirements:

  • ATTMA qualified (Level 1 or 2)
  • Full UK driving license.
  • A willingness to develop your skills in Sound Insulation Testing if you are not already trained.

Daily duties will include site visits to undertake air tightness tests across the London and South East region, technical report writing, design reviews, pre-test audits and various client management related tasks.

Training will be provided for candidates who require extra qualifications.
