AIR IMPORT CLERK- FREIGHT FORWARDING

NEW POSITION BASED IN THE HEATHROW AREA FOR AN AIR IMPORT CLERK!

Our client is looking for a bright, keen and enthusiastic Import Clerk who has at least 3 years experience within air Imports and also has experience completing customs entries.

Duties would include:

  • Handling general airfreight
  • Tracking arrivals of cargo
  • Reporting missing documents to customer service
  • Issue insurance according to customer service instruction
  • Daily tracking of all pending flights
  • Completing customs entries

Skills needed:

  • Previous air import experience start-finish
  • Good customer service skills
  • PC literate
  • Proactive
  • Self-motivated

Working hours:

5 week shift pattern: Week 1 Monday to Sunday 0700 - 1530
Week 2 Monday to Wednesday 0900 - 1730
Week 3, 4, 5 Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730
