Agile Methods Project Coordinator

How would you like to work for a major organisation on some significant cloud based projects ? Such exposure will look very good on your CV given how much of the industry is predicated towards cloud based systems now !

Our client is looking for someone who is familiar with agile and waterfall methodologies and has previously done a number of typical project coordination activities before such coordinating plans and issues, minuting meetings, etc.

The role will involve the following :

Working closely with project managers on coordinating task and doing appropriate admin on cloud projects

Meeting arrangement

Taking minutes

Liaison and coordination between various teams

Maintaining project documentation

Assisting the project manager with resource management with respect to works being done

Updating actions, risk and issues

To be considered for the role you will the following :

5 years min. project coordination experience

Experience of working on projects deploying agile and waterfall methodologies

Familiarity with Prince 2 principles. A Prince 2 Foundation a min. qualification would be desirable

MS Project skills to manage project control logs, etc

A track record of delivering coordination activities on time

The ability to track and manage actions, risks and issues

Experience of leading small self-contained tasks within projects

Experience of working on cloud based systems projects would be a plus
