The role: The Support Worker role encompasses all aspects of caring for people within residential care, including supporting the development of their independence, social and life skills and working with the team to provide a safe and secure environment. You will be confronted with challenging behaviour in various forms and including self-injurous behaviours

Support Worker Criteria: You must have significant previous professional experience of supporting vulnerable people and have a passion and motivation to support 'looked after children'. Drivers are preferred as some services are rural. We have a variety of shifts available including early's, lates, long days, sleep ins and waking nights.
