Hays Social care work with some of the best care providers within Gloucestershire, most of our client group sits within Learning disabilities and complex needs and are typically in Residential or Supported living services. Having worked within the market place for the last three years, we work with the vast majority of providers and have plenty of work available for people looking for either full or part time hours.
Your new role
We have an opening for an experienced Support worker to join Hays working on a flexible basis, as previously mentioned we have both part time and full time hours available and can offer guaranteed house in certain circumstances. You will primarily work with clients who have Learning disabilities and complex needs offering care and support to those individuals to help them lead happy and successful lives. We have positions for both days and waking nights.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working with Learning disabilities and complex needs, hold a full driving licence and access to a car and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week unless you can work weekends.
