We are looking for an Agency Support Coordinator for our client based
in Crewe for a 12 month duration.
The role is within the Agent Support Team, which offer telephone based
support to over 300 sales agents across the UK and Ireland.
The Agent Support Team are involved in all aspects of an 'Agents' business.
This can be a variety of technical assistance with their
mobile delivery tool application, helping them manage their orders in their
online 'portal' as well as Asset, Commission and Cylinder Tracking issues.
The successful candidate will need to be technically minded and comfortable
explaining difficult concepts over the phone
The candidate will also need to show the ability to take ownership and
responsibility of an issue from start to finish
Must be an active listener and able to communicate effectively to
Strong understanding of Standard I.T. Packages i.e. Office/Excel/Word
