Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers who require their vehicles servicing/maintaining.
As an After sales Executive you will have previous experience with either or both Parts and Service.
Your duties will include:
Meeting agreed targets and delivering an excellent standard of customer care
Efficiently source and supply vehicle parts to customers
Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner
Dealing with all service and part enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face
Managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles
Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Previous experience in the motor trade is essential.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Hours Mon to Fri - 08.00 till 18.00
Saturday 08.30 till 12.30 1 in 3 rota
Salary £DOE + Bonus
