Within this role you will liaise with customers and colleagues regarding anything post booking. Any changes, errata's, special requests, administration etc. It's a real best of both worlds role, allowing you to continually develop in the travel industry but without being driven by sales targets.
*Experience within the travel industry
*Good written and spoken communication skills
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Good Microsoft outlook and word / administration skills
*Passionate about providing a friendly, helpful and approachable customer service to everybody
