Market leading luxury Transportation Manufacturer seeks an experienced Aftersales Service Manager

MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Define, implement and manage:

  • Customer Service strategy, to include:

o Service Standards

o Warranty Registration System

o Direct Management

o Customer Feedback

o Training Programme

  • Global CRM database

o System development

o Best Practice Lead

o Training Programme

  • Reports

o Team performance KPI’s

o Warranty, PDI & Goodwill costs

o Warranty costs recovery

Lead Company and Distributor network to develop Customer Service culture.

Manage & build relationships between OEM’s and the PYL distributor network.

Drive improvements in product quality via Monthly & Quarterly reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS / COMPETENCY

Service

  • Responsible for Standards & Performance
  • Manage and lead Service team
  • Best practice lead for Distributor network

CRM

  • Lead development of CRM system
  • Implement Training programme and role out across distributor network

Reports:

  • Define KPI reports
  • Track and manage OEM costs recovery

Main competency:

  • Service Management Degree or Industry Qualifications
  • Familiarity with marine leisure market or OEM supply chain
  • IT skills including MS Office
  • Team management & development
  • Crew & Distributor management
