Aftersales Manager

We are exclusively working on a brand-new vacancy for a Aftersales Manager to join a global leading electronics manufacturer. This organisation pride themselves on encouraging innovative idea's and exceeding customer expectations. As the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining customer service targets and managing the Warranty team efficiently and effectively to improve commercial performance.

Responsibilities

Ensuring high standards of customer service is being provided to the customers, retailers and end users
Proactively managing the Warranty team including training and coaching
Ensure customer complaints are resolved within the set targets and meeting performance standards
Oversee the warranty process to ensure they are operating at a high standard
Provide insight, analysis and reporting to senior business leader
Maintain relationships with Warranty Service Agents monitoring KPI's and service output

This role will suit an Aftersales/ Customer Service Manager who has a good understanding of the aftersales/warranty processes. You will also enjoy working within a fast paced environment and will have excellent data and reporting skills. You will have a strong character and has experience of line management as well as the ability to set targets and monitor the performance.
