Our client has a new exciting role for someone who has had customer service experience within the motor trade. This role is a great opportunity for a can-do person and there would be chance for progression within the company for the right person.

- Excellent customer service
- Consulting with customers
- Providing answers to technical questions to do with their cars
- Documentation management
- Proactive discussion with customers to solve queries
- Maintain customer records and follow up systems
- Ensures to upsell products and services to customers
- Dealing with payments
- Calculate charges for customers
- Liaise with the workshop
- Resolving all customers queries
- Knowledge of automotive systems

Candidate Attributes;
- Be able to deal with high demand and contact with customers
- Good attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Computer Literate
- Work independently
- Manage own time and prioritise effectively

Hours- Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm

Salary- £17000 to £ 20000 with an OTE of £25000 to £26000
