Afternoon Receptionist

Our client, an established and successful company, are looking for a part-time Receptionist to work at their Head Office.

This role involves answering calls on an Avaya switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms, keeping the reception areas neat and tidy and controlling access to the car park.

The ideal applicant will have an excellent telephone manner and very good interpersonal skills.

Hours of work are 1.15pm to 6.15pm, with occasional opportunities to work a full day during holiday periods.
