We here at Witton Recruitment are looking for an experienced After Sales Co-ordinator to join a powerful Engineering client based within Cirencester. An excellent client not only providing training programs, 1-2-1 coaching and development schemes.

The ideal candidate will be hungry to learn with a previous sales support of account executive background.

The After Sales Co-ordinator role will involve:

  • General administration of customer orders from initial receipt to final invoicing and filing
  • Monitor Customers order system and act accordingly
  • Raise sales quotations for any recommendations made by the engineers
  • Process subsequent customer orders
  • Co-ordinate and organize engineer visits to site
  • Purchasing of stock and consumable equipment
  • Liaise with sub-contractors where necessary
  • Extensive liaison with customers via phone and e-mail systems & third party solutions
  • Responsible for sending parts requested by Customer or Engineer
  • Process warranty claims

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong administrative skills
  • Good eye for detail and methodical nature
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Able to prioritise effectively
  • Ideally some exposure to project management
  • Comfortable co coordinating travel arrangements
  • Want to last and grow with a company
  • Technically minded or from an engineering background
