Our client is an award-winning, boutique, tailor-made, Africa travel specialist who has enjoyed year-on-year growth, securing an enviable reputation in the industry.
Due to their huge success, they’re opening an office in Cheltenham and required experienced Africa Safari Travel Consultants to join their vibrant, friendly, and knowledgeable team.
Job Description:
In this Africa Safari Travel Expert role, you will provide a concierge-style service to travellers, using your knowledge and experience selling Africa to create journeys that delight, exceed expectations and don’t disappoint, ultimately generating repeat and referral business.
Experience Required:
- A passion for sub-saharan Africa travel including personal travel to Africa (essential)
- Experience working in the travel industry together with a good knowledge of sub-saharan safari reserves and camps in Africa
- Good logistical travel knowledge of sub-saharan Africa
- Fantastic sales skills driven by amazing customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and able to prioritise your workload
- Driven by success
