On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a AFC MI Reporting Analyst for a 6 month contract based in London (Hybrid Working).

Purpose of the role:

Working within the UKI AFC Regional Management Information (MI) & Reporting Team, you will play a key regional role in managing critical processes to keep management informed by creating and editing reports. You will be instrumental with engaging stakeholders across the AFC functions and business lines and to ensure reporting on key financial crime risks.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparation of MI and reports that are accurate, concise, timely and provide value add to the AFC UKI Regional Head and Management team.
  • Be accountable to build narratives and storylines for reports, including annual submissions to the FCA, monthly UKI reports to the regional UKI AFC Head and management, and UKI Business Line AFC. Contribution to global annual and monthly reports.
  • Manage relationships and influence key stakeholders with regular meetings on reports to ensure relevant information is reported.
  • Aid ad-hoc requests in remedial activities for Audit findings and requests as well as regional monitor interaction and manage specific reporting actions in Findings.
  • Drive efficiency and data improvements of our AFC reports, in content coverage and format, and ensure continuous quality improvements in audience-oriented reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, and writing skills in English, including Excel skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow for the production of reporting including strong escalation management.
  • Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal and teamwork skills, including ability to work independently to achieve deadlines.
  • Sufficient understanding of Anti-Financial Crime concepts in the banking industry.
  • Experience with remedial activities for audit actions.
