Our client, a renowned luxury clinic in central London, is now looking for a receptionist to work front-of-house.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all guests receive an excellent standard of customer service, and that every patient’s journey is a positive experience from start to finish.
You will answer telephone and email enquiries, meet and greet patients, book and cancel treatments, and deal with all administration and diary management promptly and accurately.

Skills and experience required
We are looking for someone who is friendly, polite and articulate, and someone who has a passion for skincare and beauty. This is a busy clinic with a fantastic reputation, so you will also need to be organised and efficient, and highly professional.
You must be committed to providing excellent customer service, understand the importance of discretion, and have a positive attitude.
You must also be computer literate and have immaculate written and spoken English. Prior experience of working in an aesthetics clinic or high-end spa will provide a distinct advantage.
