An established organisation, providing equipment, components and services to Aerospace / Aviation / Aircraft Industry.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will liaise with end users and product OEMs to ensure effective technical support to equerries. This includes warranty support and negotiation to help ensure best value for customers.
Day to day duties will include working with clients on product / equipment failures, determining reason for fault.
Working with suppliers, advising on product applications and costs.
You will be an experienced Engineer, with a ideally a working knowledge of the Aerospace / Aviation / Aircraft industries – candidates from other engineering background such as automotive are also encouraged to apply.
You will ideally have experience of technical support / customer service and previous electro-mechanical parts and components awareness.
Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills are a must.
A basic salary of up to £32,000, depending on experience.
