Our client is a large Advisory body that operates within the medical field and they are looking for someone initially on a temporary basis to ensure excellent customer service for their members:
Handle incoming telephone calls to Medical and Dental Advisers and ensure member's queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with departmental customer service levels.
Supporting, as required, the CAS Administrators and Case Processors in the processing of correspondence for existing Advisory files.
Supporting, as required, the Advisory Case Analysts and Advisory Enquiries Administrators with administrative duties associated with case file creation
Assist the Advisory department in the collation, production and presentation (e.g. analytical reports, dashboards etc) of statistics and KPIs.
Any other duties for the company that are within the capabilities of the post holder
There is the possibility that this role may be offered on a temp to perm basis after 12 weeks but there is no guarantee of this.
