They are seeking an Advisor Support Administrator to join their busy team in which you will provide an efficient administration service for their Independent Financial Advisers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Advisers in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients, always adhering to FCA regulations and internal policy procedure
- Produce the relevant paperwork for clients, on behalf of the Advisers including quotations, illustrations and valuations
- Process all new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards
- Deal with basic queries from clients, Advisers or colleagues, taking appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
Our client is keen to see candidates with significant experience in a similar administration role, with applicants from either Financial Services or Banking being of particular interest. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be a good team player with an adaptable and flexible approach to work.
